Hybrid Zoning Research Office Clerk

Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a Hybrid Zoning Research Office Clerk position located in Norman, OK 73072 zip code!

Pay Rate: $ 16.01hr

Shift: 8am - 5pm (Mon-Thurs onsite, Fri Remote)

Job Responsibilities:

• Update logs, database, and files
• Prepares check requests
• Performs research as required for projects and follows up on requested projects
• Requests information and documents from the applicable municipality, following up on requests and clarifying conformation information when necessary
• Obtains current zoning and pulling applicable code sections from municipality zoning ordinances
• Works on standard issues/problems.
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
• Works under general guidelines with little direction.
• Actively contributes to the results of a team and works towards achieving team goals and objectives.
• Follows departmental processes and procedures and may make recommendations to these processes
• No responsibility for the supervision of others

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, AA preferred or equivalent experience.
• MS Software skills
• Organizational and coordinating skills
• General analytical skills.
• Oral communication skills sufficient to gather information and relay project information to a wide audience.
• Written communication skills sufficient to create project plans and other project documentation.

Pay Details: $16.01 per hour
