IAM Architect and AI Vibe Coder

Consultant engagement inside IR35 - Upto £650 per day

Platinum Group Security practice is looking for a hybrid technologist who can design secure, scalable Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems while also leveraging AI tools to rapidly prototype, automate, and innovate across the identity landscape.

This role combines deep architectural thinking with hands-on experimentation-someone who can both define enterprise-grade IAM strategies and vibe code with AI to accelerate delivery, explore new ideas, and solve problems creatively.

Key Responsibilities IAM Architecture & Strategy

• Design and implement enterprise IAM architectures
• Define identity governance models, policies, and life cycle processes
• Lead integration of IAM solutions with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) and SaaS ecosystems
• Ensure compliance with security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, Zero Trust, GDPR)
• Drive modernization of Legacy identity systems toward cloud-native solutions

AI-Driven Development ( Vibe Coding )

• Use AI coding tools (eg, ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.) to rapidly prototype IAM solutions
• Automate repetitive IAM workflows using scripts, agents, and AI-assisted pipelines
• Build internal tools, dashboards, or microservices that enhance identity operations
• Experiment with LLMs for identity use cases (eg, anomaly detection, policy generation, access reviews)
• Continuously explore new AI capabilities to improve productivity and innovation

Collaboration & Leadership

• Partner with security, engineering, and product teams to align IAM with business needs
• Translate complex identity concepts into clear guidance for stakeholders
• Mentor teams on both IAM best practices and effective AI-assisted development
• Contribute to innovation initiatives at the intersection of security and AI
• Long term initiative and engagement
