IAM Architect

Rate: £800 - £900 per day (Inside IR35)
Duration: 9-month initial contract
Location: Gloucester (2 days per week on-site)

We're supporting a major organisation undergoing a large-scale Identity & Access Management transformation and are looking for an experienced IAM Architect to play a key role across the programme.

This is a high-impact position where you'll help shape the end-to-end IAM strategy, from architecture and tool selection through to implementation and migration.

The Role:

You'll be responsible for defining and guiding the IAM architecture across a complex enterprise landscape, working closely with security, engineering and business stakeholders to deliver a modern, scalable identity platform.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the design and definition of IAM architecture
• Supporting tool evaluation and vendor selection
• Driving implementation and migration strategy
• Ensuring alignment with security, compliance and regulatory requirements
• Engaging with both technical teams and senior stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an IAM Architect within Financial Services or other highly regulated environments
• Strong track record delivering IAM implementations and transformation programmes
• Broad knowledge across the IAM domain, including authentication, authorisation, governance and life cycle management
• Experience working across multiple IAM/IGA platforms
• Ability to influence stakeholders and operate at both strategic and technical levels

Relevant Technology Experience

• SailPoint/Saviynt or similar IGA platforms
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) or similar IAM platforms
