We are supporting a global IT consultancy as they expand their Identity & Access Management (IAM) capability in Inverness. As part of this growth, we are hiring multiple IAM professionals across various levels and specialisms.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering critical IAM services within a secure and complex environment.

Key Requirements

• Eligibility for SC Clearance (or already cleared)
• Willingness to work onsite in Inverness, 5 days per week

What We're Looking For

We are keen to speak with candidates who have experience in one or more of the following areas (you do not need to have all of these):

IAM Leadership & Governance

• Experience leading IAM services in hybrid environments
• Strong understanding of IAM domains: IGA, MFA, SSO, PAM, PKI
• Service governance including KPI/SLA tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement
• Stakeholder management and risk/issue management

Microsoft Identity & Active Directory

• Active Directory administration (users, groups, GPOs)
• Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), including JML processes and integrations
• AD CS and internal PKI management

Cloud & Identity Platforms

• Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Okta
• Active Directory synchronisation and integration
• CrowdStrike integration

Privileged Access Management (PAM)

• BeyondTrust PRA and PAM solutions
• Vendor account onboarding/offboarding
• Jump server agent and local account management
• Core PAM platform support
