Identity Engineer (SSO/Entra ID) - Inside IR35

Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the office.

Role Overview:
The Identity Engineer will provide hands on delivery support across identity, authentication, and single sign on (SSO) changes as part of a large merger programme. The role focuses on implementing identity updates, supporting SSO remediation, and enabling Day 1 readiness activities.

Required Technical Skills:
* Microsoft Active Directory in on premise and hybrid environments
* Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
* Single Sign On (SSO) technologies including SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC)
* Identity attributes and authentication flows (eg UPN and email address changes)
* Working knowledge of certificates and PKI as they relate to identity and SSO
* Troubleshooting authentication and access issues

Required Experience
* Proven experience delivering identity changes in enterprise environments
* Hands on experience supporting SSO migrations, updates, or remediation
* Experience working in hybrid identity environments (cloud and on prem)
* Experience supporting testing, cutover, and go live activities
* Experience working within a project or programme delivery team
* Experience following structured change and release processes
