Imaging Analyst - Epic Radiant

Location: Remote (EST or CST preferred)

Duration: 6-Month Contract (Potential for Extension / CTH)

Start Date: Targeting June 1 (flexible into late June/early July)

Pay Rate: $105-$110/hour

Overview

We are seeking two experienced Imaging Analysts with Epic Radiant expertise to support a critical imaging initiative following a recent Access implementation. You'll join a collaborative team of five analysts in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment focused on system optimization and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide ticket-based support, including break/fix and routine system maintenance
• Support and optimize scheduling workflows and decision trees within Epic
• Perform ongoing system enhancements and optimization to improve performance and user experience
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions
• Maintain strong ownership of tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery

Required Qualifications

• Epic Radiant Certification (required)
• Experience with Epic Cadence workflows, including scheduling and decision trees
• 5+ years of Epic experience, preferably within imaging environments
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in a healthcare IT setting
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
