Job Summary

The RACA Exam Execution Management Lead is responsible for the end-to-end coordination, governance, and execution of regulatory exams and client questionnaires across technology and control domains. The role serves as the central point of accountability to ensure timely, accurate, and regulator-ready responses aligned with internal standards and external regulatory expectations (e.g., OCC, CFPB, OSFI). This is a backfill position covering a medical leave, supporting a 5-person team within a highly collaborative culture. The contractor will be internal-facing interacting solely with internal TD stakeholders and will not have access to any customer data. Meetings average 23 hours per day. Key Responsibilities
  • Exam Governance & Coordination: Lead the planning, tracking, and execution of regulatory exams, including intake, scope alignment, response development, and submission.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate across SMEs, technology teams, risk, compliance, and senior leadership to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely delivery of responses.
  • Response Quality & Traceability: Ensure all responses are clear, defensible, and evidence-based, with appropriate documentation, control mapping, and audit traceability.
  • Risk Identification & Escalation: Proactively identify gaps, risks, and dependencies; drive remediation and escalate issues in line with governance protocols.
  • Regulatory Alignment: Translate regulatory requirements into actionable deliverables and ensure responses are aligned to frameworks, policies, and control standards.
  • Reporting & Executive Communication: Provide structured status updates, action trackers, and executive briefings to support decision-making and oversight.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive enhancements to exam execution processes, tools, and playbooks to improve efficiency, consistency, and regulatory outcomes.
Required Skills
  • 8 years of Project Management and Cybersecurity Analyst experience (IAM, vulnerability and patch management, network security)
  • Strong experience within Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Banking or financial institution experience
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, well organized, able to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Attention to detail; self-starter and adaptable
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Strong facilitation skills
Preferred Skills
  • AI experience
  • PMP, CISSP, or CRISC certifications
  • Regulatory experience (highly preferred)
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred; candidates without this degree should hold one of the following certifications: PMP, CISSP, or CRISC
Required Experience
  • Minimum 8 years of overall experience in Project Management and Cybersecurity Analysis
  • Performance will be measured against regulatory SLAs, quality of work, and ability to work independently
