Position: Information technology (IT) business analyst (TEER 21221) Vacancies: 1 Wage: $45.50 per hour for 40 hours per week Overtime @$68.25 after 40 hours per week Term: Full-time and permanent Education Requirements: High-School graduation. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Language Requirements: English Work Locations: Unit 9- 2483 Main St, West Kelowna, BC V4T 2E8 Job duties: Confer with clients to identify requirements Design, develop and implement information systems business solutions Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management and service delivery Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products and information systems Resolve conflict situations Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests Stay current with ZOHO updates and features and assist in training team members on effective system use and best practices.
