Currently looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to deliver 2nd and 3rd line support of incidents within the Data Centre network and security infrastructure of a Public Sector body.

Skills and experience required for this role are as follows:

Proven knowledge of Cisco and Fortinet
Proven knowledge of Networking Monitoring Tools (like solarwinds)
Experience of working in an ITIL environment
Experience of Incident & Problem Management
Experience of storage virtualisation, network and security
