Key Responsibilities of the Interim FP&A Manager- Support the month end close through P&L review, general ledger analysis, and detailed variance explanations as the Interim FP&A Manager
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and advanced financial modeling initiatives as the Interim FP&A Manager.
- Perform heavy Excel based analysis, including large datasets, complex templates, and multi period modeling, as the Interim FP&A Manager.
- Extract, analyze, and interpret financial data from NetSuite while partnering closely with Accounting as the Interim FP&A Manager.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and decision support to senior leadership as the Interim FP&A Manager
- Expert level Excel skills, including pivots, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas, and large dataset analysis
- Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, and month end close; NetSuite experience strongly preferred
- Accounting background (2+ years) is a strong plus
