This is an exciting new role for a PA23 Certified Interim Procurement Manager to join a busy consultancy firm who are looking to offer an immediate start! This role will be on an ongoing basis, with mainly remote working, with occasional travel across sites across the North of England!

Description

As Interim Procurement Manager duties will include, however not be limited to:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to support project objectives.
  • Pick up a variety of projects.
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Analyse procurement costs and negotiate contracts to achieve optimal value.
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement regulations and standards.
  • Prepare detailed reports and present findings to stakeholders.

Profile

A successful Interim Procurement Manager should have:

  • Be PA23 Certified.
  • A strong background in procurement with the ability to manage end to end procurement.
  • Varied experience with working within the public sector.
  • Proven experience in managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.
  • Knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
