Contract Duration: 7 Months (until end of February 2027, with flexibility based on project requirements)
Day Rate: £500-£555 per day
IR35 Status: Outside IR35

The Opportunity

We are looking for two experienced Trainers to support a major SAP transformation programme. The requirement is identical for both positions, with the workload split across the two contractors.

While SAP knowledge would be highly beneficial, the key requirement is a proven ability to design, develop and deliver high-quality training programmes within large-scale business or technology change environments. Strong training professionals with experience creating engaging learning content and delivering effective end-user training will be considered, even if their SAP experience is limited.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a significant transformation programme and play a critical role in ensuring users are equipped, confident and ready to adopt new systems and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led, virtual and hybrid training sessions to end users.
• Design and develop engaging learning content using Articulate 360.
• Produce learner guides, quick reference guides, work instructions, assessments and job aids.
• Translate complex system functionality and business processes into clear, user-friendly learning materials.
• Facilitate workshops and hands-on system training sessions.
• Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), project teams and business stakeholders to ensure training content remains accurate and relevant.
• Provide post-training support and guidance to end users.
• Gather learner feedback and continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
• Update learning materials to reflect process and system changes throughout the programme life cycle.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience delivering training within corporate, transformation or system implementation environments.
• Strong experience creating digital learning content using Articulate 360.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex business processes and technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Experience developing high-quality learning materials and user documentation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Desirable Experience

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors and Concur.
• Experience delivering training across SAP-related business processes.
• Knowledge of SAP Public Cloud.
• Experience supporting SAP implementation or transformation programmes.
• Understanding of Finance, Procurement, HR and Payroll processes.
