Interim Statutory Accountant

Interim UK Audit Support - 3 Month Contract Hook (1-2 days per week in office) 3-Month Contract Immediate Start Potential Outside IR35 (TBC)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a client based in Hook for an experienced finance professional to support their UK audit on an initial 3-month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced interim accountant/audit professional to join a well-established business during a key period, providing hands-on support across statutory reporting and audit deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the UK audit process end-to-end
• Assisting with statutory accounting and financial reporting requirements
• Liaising with auditors and internal stakeholders
• Ensuring audit deliverables are completed accurately and to deadline
• Providing hands-on support across key finance activities during the audit period

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong statutory accounting experience
• Proven audit experience (essential)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and hit the ground running
• Ideally ACA or ACCA qualified
• Available for an immediate start

Additional Information:

• Based in Hook, with 1-2 days per week required in the office
• Initial 3-month contract
• Potential outside IR35 determination, pending confirmation
