Internal Proactive Sales Representative
£12.88 per hour - negotiable depending on experience
3-6 months with potential of permanent
Location - Bristol
Are you a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships and uncovering new opportunities? We are looking for an Internal Proactive Sales Representative to join a well-established growing team.
This is a fast-paced B2B role where you'll engage with customers, generate new business, and play a key role in driving sales growth. If you're proactive, confident on the phone, and thrive in a target-driven environment - we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Proactively contacting existing and new customers to promote our products and services
- Building strong relationships to position us as the supplier of choice
- Following up on enquiries and quotations via phone and email
- Identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions
- Generating leads and booking appointments for the external sales team
- Maintaining accurate records of all activity within our CRM system
- Achieving daily and weekly call and sales targets
- Staying up to date with market trends, products, and competitor activity
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B sales
- Background in technical or engineering sales (ideal but not essential)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence in making outbound calls and working towards targets
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- A positive, "can-do" attitude and ability to work under pressure
Full UK Driving Licence preferred
