The IT Change Management Advisor ensures that moderate to large-scale IT initiatives and system deployments are successfully delivered by aligning technology readiness with technical design, system impacts, and release strategies.

This role requires a strong understanding of IT systems, integrations, and the broader delivery lifecycle to assess impacts across applications, workflows, and operational environments.

Partnering closely with IT product and project teams, the advisor integrates change into IT execution by translating technical changes into targeted communication, training, and readiness activities.

This role drives structured adoption of IT strategies that minimize disruption, support effective go-live execution, and enable sustained use of new and updated technologies in production environments.
