About the Role Adecco is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
IT Coordinator / IT Support Specialist to support our client. This role is responsible for maintaining, deploying, and supporting enterprise IT systems, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations for end users.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically proficient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting both hardware and software systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain computer deployments across the organization
- Configure, deploy, and monitor laptops and desktops using enterprise tools
- Partner with business and operational teams to gather system requirements and implement configurations
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams (network, security, server) to ensure systems meet company standards
- Provide hands-on technical support for end users
- Manage and maintain PCs, printers, scanners, and peripherals
- Support both wired and wireless networking environments
- Prepare and configure hardware, software, and network access for new hires
- Perform basic hardware repairs and coordinate parts ordering
- Troubleshoot system, hardware, and network issues
- Manage and resolve tickets within a ticketing system (Jira Service Desk)
- Track, document, and communicate issues, resolutions, and ongoing trends
- Follow standard operating procedures and meet service-level expectations
Qualifications
- 4 years of education or equivalent experience in Mac and/or PC support
- Strong understanding of Directory Services (Windows Active Directory and Open Directory)
- Experience supporting Windows 10 to Windows 11 migrations
- Hands-on experience with printers, including Laser and Label (Zebra, HP)
- Experience in enterprise device management environments (Jamf preferred; MDM experience a plus)
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (Jira Service Desk preferred)
- Experience with KACE is a plus

Pay Details: $24.50 per hour
