IT Coordinators

Our client is looking for IT Coordinators to sit within the venue operations team based in Glasgow .

Must have good troubleshoot,reporting and communication skills, good understanding of priorities and have good technical knowledge.

6th July to 4th August

Early Shift: 06:00 - 14:30 x2

Late Shift: 13:30 - 22:00 x2

This will be based on a 4 on 4 off so a total of 4 engineers.

Shift Rate £240 per shift Inside IR35

The key responsibilities for the role are:

Acting as the main point of contact for incident reporting (G2026 OC, third parties, Event Control, SEC G2026 team)

Logging, categorising and prioritising all incidents

Assigning incidents to IT Event Delivery/IT Systems engineers where required

Managing incident updates in line with SLA priorities

Being based within the SEC Event Operations Centre to ensure central visibility to games
