Salary: £125 p/day

Working arrangements, Full-Time - 4 days on site

The Role

As an IT Graduate, you will gain hands-on experience across a variety of IT functions, including technical support, systems administration, and project work. This role is designed to help you develop your technical skills while contributing to real-world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to internal users
• Assist in maintaining IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
• Support software installations, updates, and troubleshooting
• Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades and migrations
• Monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively
• Document processes, procedures, and technical solutions

Requirements

• A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong interest in technology and problem-solving
• Basic understanding of networking, operating systems, and hardware
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Office 365, or similar tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Internship or placement experience in an IT environment
