We'relooking for an IT Operations Manager to join our team in historic Leith.You'llbe responsible for keeping Storm ID's people productive by managing IT systems and infrastructure, maintaining security and compliance, and enabling teams to work effectively with apps andtools.
This is a hands-on role that combines technical work with governance, process improvement, and business partnership. You'llown our Microsoft 365 environment, lead our security and compliance efforts, and help shape how we useapps andtools across the business.
You'llwork closely with ourOperations Director to ensure our internal systems are secure, efficient, and fit for purpose. You'll also partner with our Head of Compliance to maintain our ISO certifications and deliver Cyber Essentials Plus annually.

About youWe need someone who can own IT operations end-to-end, from helpdesk to security compliance.You'llbe comfortable working across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and networking infrastructure.
