This is a *London* Hybrid based role with an excellent immediate start within a Public Sector organisation working on *Supporting the delivery of complex commercial strategies under the Procurement Act 2023*

We're seeking a highly capable Senior Commercial Manager to play a key role in delivering multiple high-value procurement programmes across a broad ICT category portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to work on strategically important digital initiatives, influencing procurement outcomes across infrastructure, network services, SaaS, and wider technology delivery.

You'll join a collaborative and ambitious commercial function, leading complex procurements from strategy through to contract award while navigating evolving public sector procurement regulations and innovative commercial approaches.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and delivering multiple concurrent ICT procurement projects across digital and technology categories
• Managing end-to-end public sector tenders using a variety of procurement procedures, including Open Procedures and CCS framework mini-competitions
• Supporting the delivery of complex commercial strategies under the Procurement Act 2023
• Providing expert commercial guidance to stakeholders across digital and technology programmes
• Working across a diverse portfolio including Networks, Infrastructure, Cloud and SaaS solutions
• Applying Competitive Flexible Procedure knowledge and supporting teams through complex procurement challenges
• Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders while driving compliant, commercially robust outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Extensive operational procurement experience within the ICT category
• Strong expertise across technology products and services procurement
• Proven track record delivering high-value public sector tenders
• Experience working with CCS frameworks and regulated procurement environments
• Sound understanding of PCR 2015 and the Procurement Act 2023
• PA23 Competitive Flexible Procedure experience and knowledge
• MCIPS qualification or equivalent commercial experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple procurements at different life cycle stages simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Self-motivated, delivery-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information

• Initial 6-month contract
• PA23 training must be completed or willingness to undertake independently upon appointment
