Contract: 6-9 months
Day Rate: £550-£650 per day (outside IR35)
Location: 100% remote (UK based)

Exalto Consulting is supporting a well known global technology and services organisation undergoing a significant business divestment.

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager with strong experience in M&A, divestments, IT carve outs and Transitional Services Agreement (TSA) management.

This is a hands on delivery role focused on separation planning, execution and risk management. You will work across multiple IT workstreams to ensure a clean, controlled and timely separation, supporting the business through a critical period of change.

You will take ownership of key separation activities and help steer the organisation safely through the divestment programme.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Proven experience delivering M&A, divestment or carve out programmes
• Hands on TSA management experience, ideally within complex, global environments
• A strong understanding of data risk, IT separation challenges and inter dependency management
• Experience coordinating multiple technical workstreams and senior stakeholders
• The ability to work autonomously, make informed decisions and bring structure to ambiguity
• Excellent communication and reporting skills, with confidence engaging at all levels
• A calm, organised and delivery focused approach
