We are seeking a Service Desk Specialist to support a leading global manufacturer in the electrical and industrial solutions sector. This role focuses on maintaining and optimizing end-user computing environments, ensuring seamless device setup and functionality across the organization.
Job Description
You will be responsible for re-imaging computers, configuring user profiles, and supporting hardware and software installations. You will work closely with IT teams to troubleshoot issues, manage Active Directory tasks, and assist with network connectivity. This position also involves supporting Office 365 applications and providing basic mobile device assistance. Qualifications

- 23 years of experience in IT support or related field
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems
- Experience re-imaging computers
- Basic networking knowledge (patching, connecting ports, etc.)
- Active Directory and printer setup experience
- Familiarity with Office 365 support
- Experience with iPhone and Android device support
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
