About the Position We are looking for an IT Support Specialist II to join our team at the Lane Service Center in Springfield, Oregon! The IT Support Specialist II will function as System Administrator for our network environment, Mobile Device Management (MDM) software, Software as a Service (SaaS), and local servers. They will lead regular maintenance and update tasks for ColumbiaCare Services IT equipment and services. The IT Support Specialist II will maintain accurate documentation for help desk tickets, instructions, & guides, project progress, using department approved resources. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Full Time, Day) What You'll Make$26.00 -$29.00 per hour DOE/CredentialsDifferentialsIn addition to your base wage, CCS offers the following pay differentials, subject to position, program, and eligibility requirements: Night Shift (NOC) Differential: An additional $3.00 per hour for hours worked between 10:00 PM and 8:30 AM, provided that at least 2.5 hours of your shift occur within this designated period.Secure Program Differential: An additional $2.00 per hour for all hours worked in an eligible CCS secure program.Bilingual Differential: An additional 5% pay differential for employees who meet the qualifications of the CCS Language/Bilingual Program.ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer of the Public Service load Forgiveness (PSLF) ProgramWhat You'll NeedBachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is highly preferredOR Two (2) years' experience troubleshooting and providing IT helpdesk support to end users is preferred.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Mac computers is a plus Driving is an essential function of this position. Successful applicants must provide a valid driver's license from their state of residence or obtain and submit one within 30 days of hire, maintain a safe driving record, and have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
