We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced IT Support and Security Specialist for a long-term contract engagement. This role operates in a cross-team capacity, bridging our security and help desk operations to ensure robust technical support and operational integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support: Provide comprehensive, general technology support and respond to incoming support tickets.
Incident Management: Assist in documenting, managing, and resolving technical incidents and vulnerabilities.
Network Monitoring: Conduct routine network monitoring and generate performance reports to ensure system stability.
Compliance: Ensure all activities and systems align with established regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.
Collaboration: Work effectively between multiple internal teams while maintaining the ability to execute tasks independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience performing technical work within information technology security and support fields.
Strong analytical skills with an ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent collaborative and communication skills.
Logistics
Engagement Type: Long-term Contract
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Minimum of 2 days per week onsite/in-office)
Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
