I ampartnered with a leading digital transformation consultancy to find an Intermediate Change Manager for a technology-focused, ITSM-driven change function in Glasgow. This is a live, signed-off requirement with a start date around the first week of September available on a permanent or freelance basis.
This is a technology change role, not business change you'll be embedded in governance, CAB, and operational change activity across a complex enterprise technology environment, not managing organisational or people-side change. What You'll Be Doing

• Facilitating and supporting technology change review processes across BAU and transformation initiatives
• Ensuring adherence to change governance frameworks and compliance requirements
• Coordinating change approvals across technical, operational, and business stakeholders
• Supporting risk and impact assessments for planned technology changes
• Producing governance reports, dashboards, and management information
• Managing change scheduling and resolving conflicts across multiple workstreams
• Identifying improvements to change management processes and controls

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years' experience in Technology Change Management, IT Service Management, or a related discipline
• Strong understanding of IT change governance, controls, and compliance frameworks
• Experience supporting Change Advisory Boards (CABs), governance reviews, and approval processes
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and technology teams
• Strong reporting, documentation, and analytical skills
• ITIL Foundation (or equivalent) certification desirable
• Experience within large-scale, regulated enterprise technology environments

• Location: Glasgow 3 days/week in office, or open to relocation
• Start date: First week of September (urgent requirement)
• Perm salary: up to £110,000, dependent on experience
• Contract rate: up to £350 per day, Inside IR35 for 12 Months
• Basis: open to permanent or contract applicants
