Our leading financial services client is undergoing an exciting digital transformation, and to strengthen their security posture, they're launching a dedicated Patch Management service and implementing Ivanti as their enterprise tool to manage OS and third-party vulnerabilities across our IT estate.

We are seeking a proactive and technical Patch Analyst to support the Patch Coordination Manager in setting up this new service from the ground up. You will be instrumental in configuring Ivanti, defining patching processes, and establishing robust governance frameworks to ensure compliance and security.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Ivanti Knowledge: Experience with Ivanti Endpoint Manager (EPM) or Ivanti Security Controls.
• Patch Management: Strong understanding of patch management life cycles (identification, testing, deployment, verification).
• Process Development: Ability to create technical documentation, SOPs, and governance policies.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Windows/Linux patching, CVSS scores, and vulnerability management.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze large datasets in Excel or BI tools to track compliance.
