Make a big impact - your responsibilities as a Junior SAP Basis Administrator
(m/f/d)

• Building SAP and system expertise: You will continuously develop your expertise in SAP technology and successfully familiarize yourself with our system landscape.
• System Operation & Administration: You ensure operational readiness, handle Basis administration, perform daily system checks, and carry out routine tasks independently and reliably.
• Support & Service Quality: You handle first- and second-level support requests, analyze and resolve issues, and ensure high service quality through timely and courteous communication.
• Infrastructure & Hardware Management: You will assist with the setup and operation of the infrastructure, including server and storage installation, cabling, inventory management, and monitoring of systems and environmental parameters.
• Projects, Documentation & Optimization: You will actively participate in projects, maintain documentation and the wiki, support testing of new features, and contribute your own ideas for improving processes.

Technical Skills

• You have completed a degree in engineering or natural sciences or have comparable technical training with practical experience, and you are interested in technical infrastructures and how they interact within the data center.

Expertise

• You enjoy rolling up your sleeves, are physically resilient, and feel comfortable performing hands-on tasks in the data center.
• You recognize connections beyond the surface, think in a structured manner, and work in a goal-oriented way with quick comprehension.
• You explain complex topics clearly, have a friendly demeanor, and are highly service-oriented.
