Title: Deployment Technician $23 - $24/hour Temporary Job description L3 IT Technician - Deployment & Discovery (Healthcare) One Lead Position Open Location: Roseburg, OR Employment Type: Temp Overview We are seeking a skilled Level 3 IT Technician to support enterprise deployment and infrastructure discovery initiatives in a healthcare environment. This role requires strong troubleshooting expertise, experience in regulated settings, and the ability to work independently in clinical and administrative areas. Key Responsibilities: Lead workstation, laptop, and peripheral deployments Support imaging, provisioning, and lifecycle refresh projects Perform technical discovery of endpoints and networked devices Document hardware, software, and infrastructure findings Provide Tier 3 escalation support for hardware, OS, and connectivity issues Support Active Directory, group policies, DNS/DHCP troubleshooting Ensure minimal disruption to patient-care operations Qualifications: 5+ years of IT support experience, including advanced (L3) troubleshooting Experience in healthcare or regulated environments (HIPAA familiarity preferred) Strong knowledge of Windows enterprise environments and endpoint deployment tools Solid understanding of Active Directory and basic networking Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical users Preferred: Experience with Intune, SCCM, or similar endpoint management tools IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.)
