Job Title: Lead Laboratory Generalist - Night Shift
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $50.63 - $64.38 per hour (based on experience)
Additional Compensation: Eligible for an additional 10% lead differential on base rate
Location: Nassau County, Long Island, NY - Onsite
Position SummaryAs a Lead Laboratory Generalist, you will perform advanced laboratory testing and provide high-quality diagnostic support across multiple laboratory disciplines. Working under the direction of the Laboratory Manager, you will ensure accurate and timely clinical results while serving as a mentor and role model for laboratory staff. This leadership role requires a high level of responsibility, technical expertise, and commitment to quality patient care within a fast-paced hospital environment.
