Details:

• Contract-to-hire (approx. 520 hours)
• Pay: $18-$23/hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Must be able to travel between multiple clinic locations as needed
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required
• Dress code: solid-colored scrubs

What You'll Do:

• Perform phlebotomy (approx. 35 patient draws per day)
• Conduct waived testing (urine dips, coag testing)
• Process specimens and maintain accurate documentation
• Utilize lab systems (Copi & G2)
• Follow HIPAA and quality assurance standards
• Perform quality control on analyzers
• Assist with patient prep and lab procedures
• Maintain lab equipment, logs, and inventory
• Float between multiple clinic locations as needed

Requirements:

• 2+ years of phlebotomy experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with urine dip and coag testing

Preferred:

• 5+ years of experience
• Experience with hard sticks (including difficult veins)
