Lead Data Analyst

On behalf of Homes England, we are looking for a Lead Data analyst Inside IR35 for a 6 months contract based hybrid London

As a Lead Data Analyst, your main responsibilities will be:

Essential:
. Oversee end-to-end data processes, ensuring alignment with standards and continuous improvement.
. Manage Agile data projects, prioritising work and coordinating stakeholders effectively.
. Champion data quality by providing training, resolving issues, and promoting best practices.
. Act as a senior escalation point for data and reporting challenges, proactively addressing risks.
. Drive innovation and business improvement through data insights and analytical solutions.
. Contribute to system and process enhancements, ensuring data and reporting requirements are met.
. Build and maintain high-quality data assets while supporting self-service analytics and collaboration across teams.
. Possess strong technical expertise across modern data platforms, including hands-on experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud environments, Databricks for scalable data processing, advanced SQL for relational data management, and semantic data modelling to enable robust, business-friendly reporting and analytics solutions.
