Essential Experience

• Proven experience operating at Lead, Principal, or Staff level within modern engineering organisations
• Strong expertise designing and implementing test strategies for microservices architectures
• Extensive hands-on automation experience using:
• • Java
  • Selenium
  • REST Assured
  • API, contract, and integration testing approaches
• Experience working across both monolith and distributed systems
• Strong understanding of:
• • Contract testing
  • API testing
  • Event-driven and asynchronous architectures (Kafka)
  • Non-functional testing including performance and accessibility
• Experience building and scaling automation frameworks with an automation-first mindset
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
