Position: Leasing Professional
Location: Dallas TX 75212
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Job description:
Shift Timings: Mon-Thurs. 8 am to 5:30 pm - Friday 8 am-Noon
Position summary: Results-driven leasing professional skilled in managing property rentals, conducting tenant screenings, and fostering positive client relationships. Experienced in marketing properties, negotiating lease terms, and ensuring high occupancy rates. Strong communication and customer service skills focused on tenant satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Knowledge of basic principles of record keeping, case files and records management.
Knowledge of business and personal computer hardware and software applications.
Skill in assessing and evaluating social program issues, and taking actions based on observations and interviews.
Skill in assessing, reviewing, updating and maintaining files, reports and documentation.
Skills:
Skill in effective communication, both verbal and written.
Skill in interacting with people of different social, economic, and ethnic backgrounds.
