A leading telecommunications company is looking for an experienced Linux Platform Engineer to support and enhance a large-scale, high-availability customer platform.
Working within an Agile operations team, you'll be responsible for Linux administration, platform maintenance, patching, deployments, capacity management, incident resolution, and supporting the evolution of a next-generation platform.
Essential Skills- Linux Systems Administration
- Experience supporting large-scale, high-availability environments
- VMware
- Docker, Podman or container technologies
- Strong operational support and troubleshooting experience
- Security-focused approach to platform management
Desirable Skills
- Bash Scripting
- SQL
- Kafka, Cassandra or Hazelcast
- Monitoring tools (eg CheckMK, Selenium)
- IP Networking and RADIUS
- SIEM tools
