Responsibilities Manage Debt Recovery: Conduct loan collections remotely while maintaining professional standards. Negotiation: Contact clients to negotiate repayment plans and resolve outstanding balances. Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in company financial systems. Compliance: Ensure all collection activities follow industry regulations and internal policies. Banking Relations: Occasionally visit local banks and financial institutions as needed (localized based on your region). Collaboration: Work with the finance team to meet monthly and quarterly collection goals. Qualifications & Skills Experience: Previous experience in loan collections, accounts receivable, or banking is highly preferred. Communication: Exceptional negotiation and verbal communication skills. Remote Proficiency: Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment. Organization: Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing multiple client files. Availability: Must have a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
