M365 Security Architect

On behalf of Sellafield we are looking for an M365 Security Architect (Outside IR35) for a 12 month contract. Hybrid working with up to 2 days per week in Warrington.

This is to augment the M365 architecture and security architecture to ensure Sellafield can build a sustainable, secure and operable M365 service. The role will focus on M365 and work between the Project and Programme architecture and work with Operations to upskill and help support and implement the services that are being designed and delivered.

This role is critical in shaping and maintaining a secure enterprise M365 architecture, ensuring that security is Embedded across all digital transformation initiatives, and aligning cyber strategy with Sellafield Ltd objectives.

As an M365 Security Architect your main responsibilities will be to:

. Establish M365 security controls (Conditional access, Purview, Continuous assurance, etc).
. Current State Understanding & Familiarisation to aid transitional such as Team to OS:SNI, Sharepoint migration, etc.
. Develop standard ways of working through Security Patterns, Standards & Guidance.
. Help to develop Security Architecture and Governance for M365.
. Assist with the capability uplift and knowledge sharing.

Essential:

. An active SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing & eligible to undergo checks. (Please note, due to the exceptional requirements of this position (short-term nature of this role and speed at which we require a postholder in situ) preference may be given to candidates who meet all of the essential criteria and hold active security clearance.)
. Ability to act as a bridge between traditional solution architecture and security, operations and development practices.
. Able to provide independent advice on the study, design, specification and services related to speciality engineering functions.
. Knowledge of and experience adapting and applying Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework and associated architecture patterns.
. Hands-on experience of all Azure, M365 and Power Platform portals, preferably making use of the features reserved from privileged roles.
. Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Cyber Adoption Framework and Microsoft Cybersecurity Reference Architectures.
. Ability to design and implement DLP and security controls across all M365 services.

Desirable:

. Microsoft Power Platforms experience, security and/or architecture qualifications (SABSA, TOGAF).
. Relevant Microsoft Azure platform/security certifications.
