Management Analyst

Candidate will be identifying and eliminating non-value added process steps to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency. Act as a liaison among the IT department, software vendors, and internal users. Compiles regular reports. Must be proficient in MS Office and Google Suite and have at least one year experience in government, compliance, accounting, or tax services. Must also have three years experience in management analysis. Preferred candidate will have XML, QA testing, SQL, Azure DevOps, and/or a Bachelor's degree. Must be eligible to work on a W2 basis for any U.S. employer without sponsorship (no 3rd parties or corp to corp), currently reside in the Phoenix Metro area, be able to work onsite as needed, be able to start with 2 weeks notice, and be able to pass relevant background check.
