The primary focus of the Managing Director is to provide capital markets services including public offerings of equity and convertible debt, PIPEs, Registered Direct offerings, and private placements of equity and debt securities. This position integrates Northland's expertise in Equity Sales and Trading and Investment Banking, offering clients seamless advice and sophisticated solutions. The group delivers fresh ideas and broad distribution to help clients maximize each stage of a transaction and continually develops capital markets solutions to enable clients to mitigate strategic, operational, credit, and market risks.

TravelTravel is an integral part of this role and will be based on individual client needs. 50%+ travel is expected.
Compensation and BenefitsBase salary expected to start at a minimum of $200,000+, with total compensation commensurate with experience, market alignment, and overall candidate qualifications. The compensation structure is designed to be competitive with managing director level opportunities within the industry.
