An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Communications Partner to join one of our longstanding clients, an innovative organisation within the healthcare and diagnostics sector, based in Burgess Hill.

This is a contract opportunity suited to a senior-level candidate (circa 4-5 years' experience) who can confidently take ownership of end-to-end marketing campaigns within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

The Requirements:

  • Approx. 4-5 years' experience in marketing communications or a similar role
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing (digital, social, email, content)
  • Experience analysing campaign performance and using data to optimise activity
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across a matrix organisation
  • Experience within healthcare, diagnostics, or regulated environments (desirable)
  • Marketing or business qualification (desirable)

The Role:

  • Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure effective execution
  • Create and oversee engaging content across digital and promotional platforms
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communications
  • Analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including commercial, product, and corporate communications
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and partners
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement across marketing activity
  • Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, and brand guidelines
