Marketing Specialist - $45/hr

Location: New York, NY - hybrid - 3 days per week in office

Contract duration or end date: March 31st 2027

Manager's call notes:

1. Person has to have either investment banking or private equity or asset management in their background

2. Sell to institutional investment clients

3. PM who can manage multiple projects

4. Stakeholder management dealing with top executives

5. Strong written and verbal skills

6. 3-5 years experience

7. Someone who can roll up their sleeves

8. Running marketing campaigns

9. 3 days a week at 11 Madison Avenue

10. 5 people on the team manager Cheya Sheth is going on maternity leave

11. 3-4 interviews first one over zoom, 2nd one in person

12. Potential extension and job could go permanent

Business Area: Investment Banking Cross Product

Requirements:

1. 2-7 years of experience in financial services marketing, preferably for institutional, B2B or B2B2C clients

2. Previous experience at a global bank, asset manager, or marketing agency focused on financial services

3. Strong project management experience with the ability to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines

4. The ability to keep up to speed on industry trends to suggest new ideas

5. An eye for design and branding

6. Strong digital marketing capabilities with the ability to measure, interpret and summarize marketing analytics

7. A hunger to learn with the initiative to find answers and fill in the gaps
