We're hiring MCA Sales Brokers to work company-provided, inbound and outbound leads in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is not retail sales. This is high-ticket financial sales with real commissions, real residuals, and real income upside.

What You'll Be Doing

• Closing Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) deals with business owners nationwide
• Running confident, professional sales calls from first contact to funding
• Using proven scripts, rebuttals, and pitching frameworks
• Relentlessly following up with warm leads until the deal closes
• Managing your pipeline and performance metrics daily
• Participating in sales meetings, coaching, and skill development

Who We're Looking For (Read Carefully)

This role is not for everyone.

You should apply if you have:

• A strong, confident phone presence and the ability to lead conversations
• Prior experience as a closer (inside sales, financial sales, call center, debt relief, insurance, solar, timeshare, etc.)
• A competitive, money-motivated mindset
• The discipline to work a full schedule and hit daily activity goals
• A desire to be coached and sharpen your sales skills

Sales experience is highly preferred. Ambitious newcomers with exceptional communication skills will be considered.

Compensation & Earnings

• Base Draw: $300
• Commission: 30% of gross commissions
• Residuals: 30% of gross commissions
• Realistic Income Range:
  • $118,000 on the low end
  • $650,000+ for top performers
