Someone who keeps projects moving, supports client communication, helps the two long-time friends and owners stay focused, and makes sure the trains run on time. You are the glue. This role touches client service, estimating, project coordination, communication, and sales support with huge room to grow into full-time and expanded responsibilities. If you love a mix of structure and chaos, enjoy working with clients, can juggle multiple tasks without melting down, and actually get a thrill from completing things read on.
