MLOPS AI Lead - €250 - 12 Months Fully Remote outside IR35

• Own the process of taking machine learning models from experimentation into production
• Build and maintain repeatable ML pipelines for training, validation, deployment and monitoring
• Work with data scientists to package models into production ready services or batch processes
• Implement CI/CD for machine learning workflows
• Manage model versioning, model registry and release controls
• Build monitoring for model performance, data drift, concept drift, latency, errors and usage
• Define retraining workflows and model refresh processes
• Ensure ML solutions are secure, scalable, auditable and maintainable
• Work with data engineering teams to ensure reliable data pipelines and feature generation
