Our client, a leading organization in innovative mobility solutions, is seeking a Systems Engineer to join their team. As a Systems Engineer, you will be part of the End-to-End (E2E) Feature and Homologation team supporting systems engineering and digital twin development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, collaborative mindset, and a passion for advancing cutting-edge technology, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Systems Engineer

Location: Foster City, CA

Pay Range: $79 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Maintain and enhance the Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) framework and methodology, including process, governance, and execution guidance.
  • Collaborate with IT engineering applications to integrate software systems such as Catia Magic with PLM and Requirements Repository platforms.
  • Provide MBSE enablement, reviews, and facilitate working sessions for various user teams across functional safety, software, vehicle, and hardware systems.
  • Partner with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure model quality, architecture, and adoption strategies are effectively implemented.
  • Support the development and scaling of digital twin models to optimize mobility service deployment and operations.

What's Needed?

  • At least 5 years of engineering experience in systems engineering or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics.
  • Hands-on experience with Cameo/Magic modeling tools or similar MBSE platforms.
  • Working knowledge of SysML, Digital Engineering, and System of Systems engineering principles.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
