• Proficiency in monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms and infrastructure monitoring.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
