Location: Hanley, Staffordshire

Salary: Up to £29,000 including car allowance

OTE: £100,000+ Uncapped Earnings

The Opportunity

The successful Mortgage Advisor will work closely with a busy estate agency branch, benefiting from:

• High-quality mortgage and protection leads

• Existing client database opportunities

• Uncapped commission structure

• Income guarantees for the first 6 months

Key Responsibilities

• Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice

• Conduct fact-finds and affordability assessments

• Convert estate agency generated leads

• Manage mortgage applications through to completion

• Maintain FCA compliant advice standards

• Deliver outstanding customer service

Requirements

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)

• Previous Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker experience

• Strong mortgage and protection knowledge

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Professional and target-driven approach
