Location: Greenford, Greater London

Salary: Up to £29,000 basic (incl. car allowance) + £1,000 pm guarantee (6 months)

OTE: £55,000 Year 1 £75,000+ thereafter High Earnings

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker seeking high earnings, quality leads, and strong long-term career progression within an established mortgage network.

The Opportunity

Working within a busy and successful branch in Greenford, you will benefit from:

• 8-10 qualified leads per week
• Average property values of £500,000 (up to £1.3m)
• Over 30 properties sold monthly
• Full admin and introducer support
• Access to large client database
• Strong protection opportunities

This role offers genuine high earnings and long-term career stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice
• Manage new and existing clients
• Convert leads into applications and completions
• Maximise opportunities from introducers and database
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Achieve and exceed targets

Requirements

• CeMAP qualified
• Experience as Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker
• Proven sales track record
• Strong communication skills
• Target-driven and motivated by high earnings
• Full UK driving licence
