We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Exchange / Proofpoint Migration Consultant to support a short 10-day engagement for a client modernising their email architecture.

The work will focus on moving mail flow away from on-premise Exchange dependency and enabling direct Proofpoint to Microsoft 365 routing. The consultant will support migration planning, configuration validation, directory synchronisation checks, cutover activity and post-migration clean-up.

Key experience required includes: Microsoft Exchange hybrid environments, Exchange Online / Microsoft 365 mail flow, Proofpoint inbound filtering, Azure-based directory synchronisation, routing rules, domains, IP configuration and controlled production cutover activity.

This is a remote, inside IR35 engagement requiring someone who can operate independently, work with third-party stakeholders and deliver a clean, low-disruption migration within a focused timeframe.
