Role: Near Patient Care Sales Specialist

Location: Field-based - Midlands region (Covering Pathology Networks ME1, ME2 and ME4)Ad hoc visits to Burgess Hill may be required

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Pay: £250 - £300 (PAYE) per day or £331.10 - £397.31 (UMB) per day

Contract: 12-month contract - Inside IR35

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Near Patient Care Sales Specialist to join one of our clients on a 12-month contract within the Midlands region.

This is a field-based role working across Near Patient Care products, digital solutions, and diabetes portfolios, contributing to the delivery of commercial strategy across key NHS pathology networks.

The Requirements:

• Previous sales experience, ideally within point-of-care or healthcare solutions
• Strong understanding of the NHS and Health & Social Care landscape
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Degree in life sciences, nursing, or related discipline (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

The Role:

• Delivering commercial strategy across Near Patient Care and digital solutions
• Engaging with clinical and financial stakeholders across primary, community, and secondary care
• Building advocacy networks to support uptake of solutions
• Supporting and training healthcare professionals on product use
• Identifying market developments, procurement routes, and NHS process changes
• Collaborating closely with internal teams to maximise territory performance
