What You'll DoBuild Workflow Automation Design and implement automated workflows for partner onboarding, contact updates,service renewals, and data lifecycle management Create self-service tools that allow operations teams to perform bulk data operationswithout needing engineering support Build automated alerting for stale data, missing information, or expiring serviceagreementsDevelop Data Pipelines & Integrations Build ETL pipelines that synchronize partner data across multiple internal systems Automate the migration of legacy data from spreadsheets, wikis, and siloeddatabases into the centralized platform Develop reconciliation scripts to detect discrepancies between systems and maintaindata consistencyAutomate Operational Processes Build tools that auto-retrieve relevant partner contacts during network incidents,reducing response time Create automated escalation and outreach workflows triggered by network events Develop runbook automation to standardize and speed up repetitive operationaltasksMonitor & Report Build dashboards tracking data quality, freshness, and platform adoption Implement automated health checks and audit scripts to detect duplicates, orphanedrecords, or incomplete entries Create scheduled reports for leadership on automation ROI and data integrity metricsWhat We're Looking ForRequired: 3+ years experience in automation engineering, data engineering, or DevOps Strong proficiency in Python (scripting, API integrations, data manipulation) Experience building and consuming APIs (REST and/or GraphQL) Familiarity with SQL and data pipeline/ETL concepts Experience with job scheduling and orchestration tools (Airflow, cron, or similar) Understanding of data quality principles (validation, deduplication, reconciliation) Comfortable working with large datasets across multiple source systems Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyPreferred: Experience with PHP or Hack (server-side scripting) Familiarity with graph databases or relationship/entity management systems Experience with CRM, MDM (Master Data Management), or vendor managementplatforms Understanding of network infrastructure concepts (ISPs, peering, colocation, Pointsof Presence) Experience with Thrift or similar RPC frameworks Background in telecom, network operations, or infrastructure services Experience automating processes in a large-scale enterprise environmentTech StackArea TechnologiesScripting & Automation Python, PHP/Hack, BashAPIs GraphQL, REST, Thrift (RPC)Data & Pipelines SQL, Hive/Presto (data warehouse), ETL toolingMonitoring & Dashboards Time-series metrics, log analytics, customdashboardsOrchestration Scheduled jobs, event-driven triggers Salary Range $72,960.00 - $115,200.00 USD (Salary) Please note that the salary information provided herein is base pay only (gross); it does not include other forms of compensation which may or may not apply to this specific position, namely, performance-based bonuses, benefits-related payments, or other general incentives - none of which are guaranteed, may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, and are wholly within the discretion of Astreya to remit.
